Bologne white rhum agricole BIO Brut De Colonne de la Guadeloupe. Committed to an eco-responsible approach, the Bologne distillery has put the heart of its production tool. For more than ten years now, all manufacturing waste has been recycled to produce energy. We use volcanic spring water straight from the Soufrière for the reduction of our rums. With a sustainable culture and respectful of the environment, this rum was made from sugar cane from plots conducted in organic farming.
